• Grow business in the charter sector with GTM team
• Own deals and move them through close

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a professional role
• 2+ years in charter administration or ops
• Strong communication, growth mindset
• US work authorization without sponsorship
• Preference for SF Bay Area or Greater Boston
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable, proactive
