Associate Director

📋 Description

• Support live transactions while developing business development skills.
• Analyze CRE investment opportunities, including financials and valuation.
• Prepare underwriting, offering memorandums, BOVs and client presentations.
• Research market fundamentals, transactions, demographics and capital markets activity.
• Collaborate with Mortgage Banking to deliver integrated capital markets solutions and support deal

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Accounting or related field.
• 1-4 years in CRE, investment banking, finance, brokerage or related analytical role.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Financial modeling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ARGUS is a plus.
• Real estate license (or ability to obtain).
