Accounts Receivable Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee accuracy, scalability, and automation of global AR process.
• Own cash application, reconciliations, unapplied cash, dispute management.
• Lead offshore AR team operating largely in U.S. hours.
• Bridge accounting with systems; align AR subledger, bank activity, and GL.
• Partner across Billing, Revenue Accounting, Data Engineering, and Product.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years accounting experience with receivables, billing, or O2C in tech-enabled setting.
• 2–3 years in lead/manager capacity.
• Strong GAAP, SOX controls, audit readiness.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Alteryx, Snowflake or similar tools.
• Proven automation or process transformation in AR/finance ops.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
