📋 Description

• Support Sales and Profit goals in the store by delivering the Best Customer Experience in the
• Execute plans in line with H&M standards, policies and legal requirements.
• Lead day-to-day tasks across omni customer experience, visual/commercial presentation, and
• Promote Hello Member loyalty and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure correct routines for fitting rooms and checkout, including transactions, returns and
• Open and close the store daily and manage admin routines for people and operations.
