📋 Description

• Define and lead automation strategy across complex products and testing environments
• Own selection of automation tools, frameworks, and practices
• Create scalable automation frameworks; establish QA best practices
• Lead CI/CD integration with automated testing and quality gates
• Guide QA Engineers and provide training on testing processes
• Evaluate new testing technologies to improve efficiency and coverage

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience with Python; develop maintainable automation code
• Experience designing/implementing automation frameworks (Python, Playwright, Selenium)
• Hands-on with performance testing frameworks (e.g., JMeter)
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, CI/CD, and quality gates
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to solve complex issues
• Excellent communication; able to work with multinational teams
