📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates on the shop floor to achieve goals.
• Drive sales using coaching based on StoreForce dashboard results and adjust floor structure
• Open/close store duties and support store management in daily operations.
• Foster a positive, productive environment that enhances customer experience and staff morale.
• Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and brand education to customers.
• Collaborate with team to ensure operational excellence and brand standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory experience with coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving for day-to-day customer service issues in a fast-paced team.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices.
• Flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
