📋 Description

• Present games in a live streaming environment, adhering to regulations and studio policies.
• Learn and execute the rules of video stream games.
• Conduct live games per table schedule with prompts, monitoring table schedules and following
• Monitor updates in game leading procedures and follow management rules.
• Communicate with players professionally per chat policy.
• Report risks or issues to the Pit boss and participate in training sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for a live streaming environment.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting and handle conflicts.
