📋 Description

• Oversee Cloudflare’s privacy and AI compliance programs
• Lead DPO-related activities and cross-border data transfer guidance
• Collaborate with product and legal teams on privacy by design and incident handling
• Advise on data processing addenda, vendor reviews, and due diligence for transactions

🎯 Requirements

• LLB/JD or equivalent, admitted to practice in relevant jurisdictions
• 10+ years global privacy/data protection experience
• Expert knowledge of EMEA AI, privacy, and data protection laws
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to draft precise, non-lawyer-friendly policies and documents
• Willingness to work with a globally distributed team
