• Lead exceptional guest experiences on the sales floor
• Educate guests on product benefits and features
• Coach and develop store team to meet service targets
• Maintain coverage and scheduling to support business needs
• Collaborate with store leadership to drive sales initiatives
• Move dynamically on floor to address guest and business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts
• Willingness to work opening, closing, and weekend shifts
• Ability to collaborate across functions (Operations, Visual, etc.)
