Role Description:

As the Go-to-Market Project Manager, you’ll be the engine that drives our marketing strategies and execution across various channels. You’ll oversee the go-to-market process, ensuring our content resonates with target audiences and fuels lead generation efforts. From SEO-driven content creation to campaign management, you’ll act as the linchpin between marketing and sales, translating business goals into impactful, market-facing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the go-to-market process, aligning content with company objectives.

• Manage SEO-optimized content (website, blog, social media) and ensure it meets audience needs.

• Oversee the creation of compelling Calls to Action (CTAs) that drive engagement.

• Write, edit, and analyze email campaigns (mass, transactional, drip sequences).

• Manage and create gated content and sales collateral (e.g., ebooks, infographics) that support the sales process.

• Stay on top of relevant industry news and ensure we communicate with authority.

• Continuously optimize content to align with brand guidelines and drive results.

• Collaborate with the sales team to create content that directly contributes to lead generation and conversions.

Skills We Are Looking For:

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a focus on creating compelling marketing content.

• Ability to pragmatically use tools like ChatGPT to generate unique and high-quality content efficiently.

• Deep knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and content management.

• Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years in content creation and marketing project management.

• Experience with HubSpot and Figma is a plus.
