Director of IDD Residential Services

📋 Description

• Oversee all residential IDD/DD programs across the assigned region (Lafayette/Kokomo, IN area).
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality services.
• Focus on leadership development, compliance, financial performance, and growth initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• 5+ years in residential IDD/DD services or related settings.
• 2+ years of leadership experience across multiple programs/sites.
• Knowledge of person-centered supports, Medicaid/HCBS standards, and IDOH/CARF compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to adapt to new tech platforms.
• Valid driver’s license with appropriate driving record.
