🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Master preferred in business economics or health administration.
• 12+ years in clinical development with 6+ years working with global vendors.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and remote management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across AbbVie and partner teams.
• Subject Matter Expert in standard business and clinical trial procedures (Oversight, Contracts
• Proven ability to develop business cases and drive long-term vendor strategy.
