People Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead scalable onboarding, offboarding, and team member lifecycle processes for rapid growth.
• Own AI-enabled HR workflows to speed and improve operations.
• Partner with Sr. Director of People to align processes across a California-heavy, multi-state
• Drive policy creation, compliance governance, and CA-focused open enrollment initiatives.
• Manage outsourced vendors (home care, transportation, LOA, etc.) to ensure seamless service
• Own end-to-end Open Enrollment and communications with benefits teams and vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of people operations/HR experience in fast-growing environments.
• Strong knowledge of California employment fundamentals; multi-state experience a plus.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (Rippling, Greenhouse Onboarding) and working with PEOs.
• Enthusiasm for using AI tools to improve process efficiency and scale.
• Exceptional data analytics and reporting skills across HR systems.
• Experience coordinating physician onboarding programs and multi-state policy support is a plus.
