📋 Description

• Execute outbound calls to real estate leads to re-engage and qualify.
• Follow up with leads over time to keep them warm.
• Gather buyer criteria and qualify leads for appointments.
• Book appointments for Chris/Jason with qualified leads.
• Manage leads in CRM systems HighLevel and Follow Up Boss.
• Maintain high outbound activity (125–150+ calls per shift).

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years real estate cold calling/ISA experience required.
• CRM fluency with HighLevel and Follow Up Boss preferred.
• Strong phone presence, organized, self-directed, and independent.
• Ability to record lead details accurately and follow up diligently.
