• Present games in a live streaming environment
• Follow table schedule and pit-boss instructions
• Interact professionally with players per chat policy
• Attend required educational briefings
• Promote company marketing campaigns when required
• Maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 21+ and have 1+ year customer service
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor in fast-paced environment
• Ability to obtain PA Gaming License & WV Employee Registration
