• Engage prospects, conduct tours, and sell value of AIR communities
• Maintain monthly leasing goals and deliver strong customer service
• Provide leasing support across AIR portfolio and contribute to marketing efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Florida Real Estate License preferred or willing to obtain within 6 months
• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and follow a sales process
• Excellent customer service skills; English proficiency
• Flexible schedule including some weekends
