🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (Engineering, Product, IT, Data) preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals.
• Hands-on with Greenhouse or similar ATS and structured interview processes.
• Comfort with AI tools in recruiting workflow; know when to apply judgment.
