• Partner with People Business Partners to turn strategy into action.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Talent Management or related People discipline.
• Strong program management and cross-functional leadership.
• Data-informed decision making and ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Experience building AI tools or workflows for talent problems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
