📋 Description

• Lead strategic People Partners for PDE, partnering with CTO & Chief Design Officer.
• Develop and coach a team of People Partners across PDE.
• Drive org design, resource management, performance, and change programs during growth.
• Manage core people cycles: performance, calibration, talent reviews, succession.
• Collaborate with People functions and cross-functional partners on strategy.
• Use data to measure impact and tell a compelling leadership story.
