• Lead on negotiations and drafting of commercial contracts
• Guide lifecycle from NDA initiation to closing
• Improve contract processes and forms with teams
• Collaborate across teams on contract reviews
• Advise on legal courses of action to meet needs

🎯 Requirements

• JD or equivalent; NY bar in good standing
• 3-5 years of relevant experience as attorney
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and redlining skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication
• Comfort in cross-functional, fast-paced env
• Nice to have: Market Research/Data Products background
