Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional delivery for Habitat Health's technology
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for applications spanning call/communications, CRM, core
• Partner with internal developers and vendors to translate clinical and operational needs into
• Collaborate across clinical, operational, and growth teams to drive adoption and impact with
• Support new center launches with implementation, validation, and go-live processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, with ownership of roadmap and lifecycle for enterprise or B2B SaaS
• Experience launching SaaS/cloud applications; familiarity with call center platforms, CRM, or
• Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, backlog management, and agile
• Ability to translate business and clinical needs into clear requirements, user stories, and
• Comfort collaborating with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders; strong written and
• Experience supporting multi-site healthcare operations or rapid program expansion is a plus
