Manager, Data Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead daily analytics operations and deliver executive-level metrics and dashboards.
• Partner with CEO on ad-hoc projects, providing rapid insights.
• Mentor data analysts and foster data governance and accuracy.
• Identify trends across product usage, customer health, and financials.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and models using enterprise systems.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 4–6+ years in data analytics or BI; experience mentoring teams.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large data environments.
• Expertise in Domo or equivalent BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data structures and data integration.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and financial KPIs; strong communication skills.
