📋 Description

• First GTM hire for Airwallex T:0 team; build and own outbound motion and inbound triage.
• Own CRM and end-to-end sales process; define stages and maintain data cleanliness.
• Sell to US startups (seed–Series A); high-volume, low-friction, with path to self-serve/PLG.
• Expand the business by opening new segments and longer, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Generate your own pipeline in partnership with Marketing; ensure leads exist.
• Collaborate with Startups team to align motions and compound impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum qualifications: first/only GTM person, 0-to-1 mindset, early-stage startup experience.
• Built a sales motion, not just operated one.
• Comfort selling to founders/operators at small companies; high volume, quick decisions.
• Self-starter who can book meetings and move quickly with scrappy execution.
• Preferred: fintech sales, CRM management, AI-driven outbounding.
