• Close collaboration with leaders on talent, org design, talent movement
• Build systems and programs from 0 to 1 to support growth
• In-person work at SF office five days a week

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of HRBP experience with technical organizations
• Startup experience in fast-growing environments
• 0→1 builder: created development/talent programs from scratch
• Excellent judgment for complex people situations
• Manager coach to develop leaders
• In-person: able to work from San Francisco office
