• The Senior Legal & Business Affairs Executive will work with Publishing, Royalties and Product
• Hands-on contract drafting, deal negotiation and commercial judgement; work with clients, partners
• Independent, senior role managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with several years' post-qualification experience (music/entertainment/digital or
• Strong academics; demonstrated track record drafting and negotiating commercial, licensing and IP
• Solid knowledge of copyright law, music publishing/licensing structures and data protection.
• Strong commercial awareness; able to balance legal risk with business-focused advice.
• Highly organized, proactive and capable of handling multiple matters; external counsel experience
