Source to Contract Associate - Procurement Services (SaaS/Tech)

📋 Description

• Manage 5–12 sourcing projects simultaneously with independence and accountability.
• Validate requests, assess requirements, and obtain details to launch projects.
• Lead sourcing from start to finish: spend analysis, market research, supplier discovery, RFx
• Execute sourcing and contracting across tech, SaaS, software licensing, professional services, and
• Develop sourcing packages, publish to suppliers, monitor participation, guide processes and
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, status updates, and sourcing records.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in procurement, business, supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, operations, or related field.
• Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, eSourcing, RFx development, supplier management
• Experience with eSourcing platforms (Ariba, Procuri, Iasta, Zycus) or ERP-based sourcing modules
• Experience or knowledge of software, SaaS, professional services, tech/corporate services sourcing
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and data analysis capabilities.
