📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Technical and Engineering positions, sourcing, outreach, interviews
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Create clear job descriptions and compelling talent messaging for technical roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies for passive candidates via communities and networks.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Communicate the organization’s mission and opportunities to candidates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting Technical and Engineering roles in fast-growth contexts.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive technical talent with targeted approaches.
• Strong understanding of technical recruiting practices and ability to evaluate talent against role
• Balance urgency with high-quality hiring outcomes; effective communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with ATS/tools; Greenhouse experience preferred.
• Independent, entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in high-growth environments.
