About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Head of Sales & Marketing to own the commercial engine across sales, marketing, pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can combine revenue strategy with hands-on execution. You’ll build predictable pipeline, improve conversion, lead sales and marketing teams, and develop scalable go-to-market systems.

What You’ll Own

• Develop and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy

• Own revenue, pipeline, customer acquisition, and conversion targets

• Lead and develop sales and marketing teams

• Define ICP, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy

• Oversee:

• Outbound sales

• Inbound marketing

• Paid acquisition

• Demand generation

• Partnerships

• Build scalable sales processes, playbooks, and operating systems

• Monitor the full funnel from lead generation → opportunity → close

• Own forecasting, pipeline reviews, and revenue reporting

• Identify funnel bottlenecks and improve conversion rates

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop commercial team members

• Partner directly with executive leadership on growth initiatives

Requirements

• 7+ years of sales and/or marketing experience

• 3+ years in a sales, marketing, or revenue leadership role

• Demonstrated experience building and scaling revenue functions

• Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing funnels

• Experience managing commercial teams and budgets

• Strong knowledge of:

• Pipeline generation

• Customer acquisition

• Sales conversion

• Demand generation

• GTM strategy

• Revenue forecasting

• Strong financial and analytical understanding of CAC, LTV, pipeline, conversion, and revenue

• Proven ability to manage performance against measurable targets

• Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable with hands-on execution

• Strong leadership and executive communication skills
