Senior Global Benefits Manager

📋 Description

• Own how Mixpanel designs, delivers, and governs benefits across every country.
• Lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives (country launches, plan redesigns, M&A
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and regional teams to align benefits with company strategy.
• Drive governance and compliance for benefits programs globally (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Analyze program cost and utilization; translate insights into leadership-ready recommendations.
• Create education resources and self-service tools to simplify complex programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Working understanding of global benefits frameworks and employment compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA
• Experience managing vendors/brokers/carriers, including renewals and service commitments.
• Proven ability to turn cost/utilization data into actionable recommendations.
• Comfort adopting AI/tools to speed up reporting/employee support; share effective approaches with
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of conveying complex news to varied audiences.
• Independent, cross-country program mindset with sound judgment in fast-changing environments.
