📋 Description
- Program implementation: Help execute distributed mobilization programs across planned initiatives
- Program coordination: Monitor grassroots and campaign developments, communicate relevant trends to
- Host support and training: Develop and maintain host-facing toolkits, training decks, guides, and
- Ongoing support: Staff host and coalition calls, respond to questions, troubleshoot issues, and
- Coalition engagement: Support mobilization efforts across coalition and multi-organization
- Rapid-response mobilization: Help deploy organizing resources quickly when emerging events require
🎯 Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in organizing, training, mobilization, campaign work, advocacy
- Organizing knowledge: Familiarity with grassroots organizing principles and distributed organizing
- Communication: Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging
- Facilitation: Comfortable facilitating or supporting calls and discussions with grassroots hosts
- Organization: Highly organized and able to manage several concurrent programs, deadlines
- Adaptability: Able to remain calm, responsive, and effective during rapid-response periods when
