📋 Description

• Partner with BU leadership to deliver local people strategy
• Coach leaders on org design and high engagement
• Support organisational change and restructures
• Use people analytics to inform decisions
• Advise on ER matters and apply learnings to managers
• Promote DEI&B initiatives across the employee journey

🎯 Requirements

• Significant generalist HR experience across lifecycle
• Strategic and operational HR delivery experience
• Deep experience in organisational design and change
• Training/learning intervention design and delivery
• Strong commercial acumen; Excel and IT skills; AI in HR understanding
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
