• 5+ years in-house full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth environment
• Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume GTM roles
• Expert knowledge of SaaS/tech landscape in APAC, esp. Singapore
• Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills
• Ability to craft talent strategy with hiring managers and deliver great candidate experience
