- Partner with Head of HR and managers to shape people plans
- Coach managers through difficult conversations and feedback
- Own the employee relations caseload and investigations
- Advise on policy and global employment law across jurisdictions
- Support policy, data, engagement initiatives and program rollout
- Contribute to culture, engagement and experience improvements
🎯 Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business Admin or equivalent experience
- Experience in iGaming is a plus
- Hands-on ER experience and global employment law knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfort with remote teams and adaptable in fast-paced env
