Vulnerability Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end vulnerability management and patching
• Define standardized service processes and remediation targets
• Coordinate remediation across teams and clients
• Manage reporting, backlogs, and executive summaries
• Ensure compliance with frameworks like CMMC, PCI DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA
• Train and mentor analysts; drive service improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing vulnerability programs across multiple clients
• Hands-on with InsightVM, ConnectSecure, NinjaOne, Datto RMM
• PSA/workflow knowledge; HaloPSA preferred
• Risk-based prioritization using CVSS and business context
• Familiarity with CMMC, PCI DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA, NCUA
• Strong communication; ability to influence across teams
