🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role with hands-on responsibility for
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical
• Hands-on experience with a full-service payroll/HRIS platform, with Paychex Flex experience
• Working knowledge of multi-state employment compliance covering both employees and contractors.
• Experience creating and extracting custom reports from a complex HRIS environment.
