📋 Description

• Serve as primary on-site coordinator for non-GMP sample management and shipment activities in
• Oversee end-to-end shipment process, inventory, and coordination across client network and external
• Ensure shipments comply with transportation requirements and client procedures.
• Collaborate with Analytical Development leads and laboratory personnel to prioritize requests and
• Monitor shipment status, address issues to ensure timely sample arrival.
• Maintain accurate inventory and tracking records; communicate status to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• At least 6 months of experience coordinating shipments, logistics, or lab operations.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy.
• Ability to work across functions and communicate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory/tracking systems.
