Recruitment Sourcing Specialist I

📋 Description

• Execute sourcing strategies with a focus on passive candidates
• Collaborate with Recruitment Relationship Manager and client TA teams
• Recommend improvements to enhance recruitment strategy effectiveness
• Drive best practice sourcing and represent the AGS brand

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years in staffing, HR, or related field (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Creatively source via job boards, referrals, social media
• Strong tech knowledge: Boolean search, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Experience with AGS client sectors is advantageous
