• This is a foundational role: leading Fever’s global compensation & benefits function. Build and
• Own Fever’s global compensation and benefits strategy across 35+ countries; ensure salary
• Provide strategic guidance on compensation decisions with senior leadership; establish frameworks
• Based in Madrid with close communication to regional and country leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with global program ownership.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures, job architecture, benchmarking, and
• Experience designing and implementing compensation frameworks and processes.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong stakeholder management; ability to influence senior leadership.
• Excellent project management and cross-cultural collaboration.
