📋 Description

• Lead enterprise R&D PMO operating model and governance
• Own strategic portfolio view: initiatives, milestones, risks, resources
• Partner with leaders to translate priorities into executable portfolio
• Establish needs-driven innovation practices across R&D
• Executive oversight of cross-functional programs
• Improve planning, capacity, risk, and executive reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering/science/business; MBA or doctorate preferred
• 15+ years in portfolio/program management or related areas
• 7+ years leading complex cross-functional programs/PMO
• Proven PMI/Lean/Six Sigma/Agile credentials preferred
• Experience in regulated product environments (healthcare/diagnostics/software)
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder influence
