📋 Description

• Virtual Hiring Event for Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join a Day Program
• Role involves coaching, teaching, mentoring adults with IDD and leading activities
• Provide hands-on personal care and behavioral support
• Engage in community outings, life skills, and enrichment activities
• Document daily activities and maintain a positive, safe environment
• Event-based, walkthrough interview process with same-day opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months experience with IDD/IDD populations
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company van
• Mon-Fri 8:30am-3:00pm availability
• Lift/transfer up to 50 pounds
• Must be 21+; basic computer skills and ability to learn electronic docs
