📋 Description

• Develop knowledge across technical, clinical, and sales areas with the Clinical Sales Manager.
• Train to be a da Vinci Surgery technical and sales expert across primary surgical specialties.
• Support region by maximizing utilization of installed da Vinci systems via demos and sales
• First year focused on technical/clinical aspects; second year develops sales focus.
• Lead product demonstrations and in-services to drive procedure adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year sales or leadership experience.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Ambition, work ethic, and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Team player with travel up to 70%.
