Temporary Order Management Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage daily order activity and customer relationships for retail accounts.
• Coordinate requirements with cross-functional teams to fulfill orders on time.
• Communicate order status and issues with retail partners.
• Investigate PO discrepancies and correct ERP data as needed.
• Review inbound EDI orders and validate non-EDI POs.
• Collaborate to manage inventory constraints and shortages.

🎯 Requirements

• Wholesale experience with major retail accounts required.
• Familiarity with major retailer websites, portals, and ordering systems.
• ERP experience preferred, in order management or customer ops.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and cross-functional skills.
• Attention to detail and issue resolution.

🎁 Benefits

• Hourly compensation: $28.00–$32.00 per hour.
• Work arrangement: Fully remote within the United States.
• Schedule: Eastern Time (EST) hours.
