Casino Manager

📋 Description

• Lead go-to-market strategy for casino in Canada, incl Ontario and regulated provinces
• Own day-to-day commercial performance: revenue, retention, player value
• Localise casino proposition for Canadian audiences: game selection, promotions, UX, journeys
• Monitor KPIs: GGR, NGR, ARPU, retention, LTV
• Develop optimised promotions, loyalty, and bonusing strategies
• Build and manage relationships with game providers and partners

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in iGaming or online casino operations in regulated markets
• Strong knowledge of Canadian gaming landscape, especially Ontario and AGCO/iGaming Ontario
• Ability to drive casino growth via commercial strategy, promotions and lifecycle initiatives
• Strong analytical capabilities with KPI interpretation
• Understanding of casino platforms, game providers, aggregation, bonusing tools
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
