Senior Associate - Procurement Consulting (Transformation & Advisory)

📋 Description

• Lead and support procurement consulting engagements from initial discovery through implementation
• Conduct spend analyses, procurement diagnostics, benchmarking, and market assessments to identify
• Develop category strategies, strategic sourcing approaches, supplier management frameworks, and
• Research supplier markets and support RFP/RFI development, bid evaluations, supplier negotiations
• Assess existing procurement processes with cross-functional stakeholders and help design and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or consulting, including
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, strategic sourcing, category management, procurement
• Demonstrated experience conducting data-driven analysis and developing actionable recommendations
• Experience with digital sourcing and procurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, or Jaggaer is
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
