People Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Own the people engine room: employee lifecycle, payroll input, benefits, HRIS, office and in-person
• Design a modern People function with AI-native, automated processes that are simple and scalable.
• Collaborate with Senior People Partner and all colleagues, from new hires to the CEO.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on People/HR Operations experience, ideally in fast-moving scale-up; CIPD or equivalent.
• Payroll input and benefits administration; HiBob experience is a plus.
• Strong HRIS skills with automation/integrations and solid data/spreadsheet ability.
• Evidence of building with AI: shipped workflows/tools.
• Excellent organisation, discretion, and ability to influence with credibility.
• First-principles learner, comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and autonomy; UK employment law
