📋 Description

• Own end-to-end project plans from concept to launch.
• Translate strategy into executable workstreams.
• Drive cross-functional accountability across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and risk with a single truth source.
• Coordinate design control activities for a regulated environment.
• Support engagement with external partners and suppliers.

🎯 Requirements

• Matrix-organisation delivery through influence, not direct authority.
• Stage-gate/phase-gate development process familiarity.
• Design control fundamentals (V&V, design transfer, change control).
• Technical comfort to discuss estimates and risk with R&D.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication.
• Fluency with project/portfolio tooling and risk tracking.
