NICU - Home Care RN (Days/Nights)

📋 Description

• HICU Hospital at Home Nurse delivering skilled nursing at home
• Team-based role, extension of hospital care team
• Initial weeks of homecare with family training
• Care for infants and young children transitioning from hospital

🎯 Requirements

• Current registered nurse license
• At least 1 year verifiable RN experience
• Recent NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care pediatric trach/vent experience
• Infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care competence
• Ability to work in home care setting
