• Role focuses on offboarding and employee relations for Remote’s external employees with emphasis on
• Supports first-level Employee Relations for clients, guiding workplace concerns and coordinating
• Contributes to lifecycle initiatives and process improvements within a remote, international team.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP experience with lifecycle exposure.
• Proven track record in managing exits (voluntary/involuntary) with legal compliance across
• Strong interpretation of HR laws, investigative skills, and practical solutions for clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and confidentiality in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
• Interest in automation/AI and process optimization.
