Account Director, Startups (Mandarin-Speaking)

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of startup accounts with comprehensive account strategies.
• Partner with AI Deployment Engineers for technical engagements.
• Own consumption and revenue targets with forecasts.
• Analyze key account metrics and share insights with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (solutions, marketing, finance, product, eng).
• Advocate for startup experience improvements and synthesize product feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12 years in selling PaaS, cloud, or API products.
• Experience around startups (founder/employee or close with startups).
• Experience with growth and product development of high-growth companies.
• Direct exposure to C-level executives and founders.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to customers and internal teams.
• Mandarin-speaking skill is a must.
