📋 Description

• Partner with Head of HR and managers to shape people plans
• Coach managers through difficult conversations and performance feedback
• Own employee relations end-to-end, investigations and outcomes
• Advise on policy and local employment law across jurisdictions
• Build policy, data, and engagement programs to improve culture
• Collaborate with Talent, Ops, and L&D to enhance the employee experience

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in HR, business or related field, or proven HR experience
• iGaming industry experience is a plus
• Hands-on ER experience and global employment law knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable managing remote teams in dynamic environments
